About Sarah

I am an entrepreneur, lawyer-turned-coach, wife, mom, and Slow AF Runner.

As a lawyer, I spent 25 years advising healthcare executives, physician leaders, and nonprofit directors navigate complex legal challenges to achieve their organizations’ strategic goals.

As a coach, I leverage my decades of advising leaders and mentoring colleagues to help clients identify and align their values with their mindsets, actions, and goals. I partner with people who want to lead themselves and others authentically and effectively. I coach individuals who are invested in personal and professional growth; developing their leadership approach; navigating life transitions; and honing effective communication skills.

I look forward to coaching with you.
