What is coaching?

Coaching is “partnering in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires a person to maximize their personal and professional potential.”  International Coaching Federation

As a coach, I hold my clients capable: I won’t presume to set your intentions or to dictate your path. Instead, I coach in service to your goals so that you can self-lead your personal and professional life.

Services Offered

Self-Leadership Coaching: Aligning Values, Goals, and Actions

You are the leader of your own life. Does that ring true?  Does your life reflect intentional personal decision-making to achieve goals that align with your values?
Or … not?

Self-leadership coaching is the process of identifying and developing your own values, your own goals, and your own paths toward achievement.

Leadership Thought-Partnership

Leadership takes many forms, but effective leaders have something in common: they lead with intention. They reflect on their leadership, welcome feedback, and course-correct as needed.

Leadership coaching is the thought-partnership that helps you evaluate meaningful, challenging decisions and explore opportunities for insight and growth.

Professional Growth Coaching

Where are you in your career? Where do you want to be? How do you want to get there?

If you aren't sure, that's OK - these aren't always easy questions to answer. Use professional growth coaching to take ownership of your career path with intentional, future-oriented decision-making. A coach can partner with you as you choose your own vision of professional success and build the confidence to identify and self-create opportunities.

Note - I am not a career coach. Career coaches have expertise in services such as career counseling and development; job opportunity searches; creating resumes; and preparing for the interview process. If you are looking for a new job or to explore new career opportunities, please connect with a professional career coach.

Imposter Syndrome Deconstruction

Imposter syndrome is not a dirty word (or two). It is a common experience: studies show that many professionals experience it at some point in their careers. But when imposter syndrome holds you back from embodying your own success; when it stops you from growing toward your goals; when it convinces you that you must work all.the.time in order to not fail; in fact, when “not failing” becomes more important than goal attainment   imposter syndrome is no longer a phrase blithely used to describe self-doubt.

Imposter syndrome can hold you back and burn you out. Coaching can help uncover the individual causes and triggers for imposter syndrome; implement strategies for change; and help you leave imposter syndrome behind.

The Process

Coaching is a growth process predicated on building a trust-relationship. Here’s how we get there:

  • Introductory Online or In-Person Meeting: a free 45-minute opportunity for us to chat and determine whether Sarah Benator Coaching can help you achieve your goals.

  • First Coaching Session: We start the coaching relationship by defining your coaching goals and setting a plan to achieve them.

  • Coaching Relationship: We continue the coaching relationship with weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions led by your goals.

Pricing

Some coaching goals are achieved in a single session; most goals take more time for exploration and attainment. I offer single-session pricing and package-pricing for six sessions or more.  Please feel free to reach out and learn more.
