Sarah Benator Coaching
Welcome to Sarah Benator Coaching

Sarah Helps Professionals Become
Learned Leaders.

Before becoming a leadership coach, Sarah spent 25 years advising health care organizations and medical staffs, working closely with physicians and administrators navigating complex governance, high-stakes decisions, and challenging interpersonal dynamics. As an attorney, Sarah mentored associates through career decision-making as they stepped into bigger responsibility and leadership.

These experiences shape her as a leadership educator and coach.

Sarah understands environments where:

  • Leaders are managing peers, not only direct reports
  • Decisions carry real consequences
  • Communication breakdowns create ripple effects
  • Influence and guidance carry more weight than hierarchy
  • Technical expertise doesn’t automatically translate into leadership effectiveness

In her work as a leadership coach and workshop facilitator, Sarah combines:

  • Leadership psychology
  • Neuroscience-based insights
  • Practical, real-world application

Sarah's approach is direct, engaging, and practical. Leadership development should not feel theoretical: it should change how people lead the very next day.
